HEAT AND HEAL WARRANTY SUMMARY

HOW LONG IT LASTS:
• If your item is new and has a HEAT AND HEAL manufacturer's warranty, it begins the day you purchased the item and lasts for the life of the product.

WHAT IS COVERED:
• Manufacturer defects that prevent heat packs from crystallizing and heating as advertised. Your item is covered for up to the full purchase price of your item (shipping is excluded).

HOW THE COVERAGE WORKS:
• Reimbursements: Heat and Heal replaces defective item(s) only.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
• Improper use, failure to adhere to activating and reactivating instructions, improper storage of product, or negligence.
• Accidental damage: We do not cover items that are accidentally damaged - such as puncture damage, improper storage (not in a cool area) and shipping damage.
• Accessories that are not purchased from HEAT AND HEAL and damage the product.
• Microwaving or freezing heat pack.

HOW TO INITIATE PROCESS: Simply contact the corporate office of HEAT AND HEAL or go to www.HeatandHeal.com and go to the contact page and complete the questionnaire.

Heat pack must be shipped to Heat and Heal in order to receive replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

You can also call Heat and Heal at 888-222-8920, weekdays from 8am-4pm PST. Typically, we process your claim the same day and schedule shipment of replacement products within 5 business days.

Heat and Heal is responsible for return shipping cost of replacement unit(s).
REFUND POLICY: We do not offer cash refunds. Product replacement only.
